A concrete example
Context — In a public-facing space, visitors were surrounded by content, options, and visual stimuli. Everything was designed to inform — yet very little was designed to help people decide.
Observed problem — People slowed down, hesitated, and often left without making a clear choice. They were not confused — they were overloaded. Attention jumped from one element to another, while the most important messages stayed unnoticed.
What we did — We stepped back from assumptions and observed real behavior. Where did people stop? What did they look at — and what did they ignore? At which moments did hesitation appear?
Using neuroscience and behavioral science, we redesigned the experience: to reduce cognitive load, to clarify emotional signals, and to align space, content, and interaction with natural decision patterns.
